At BrilliantPeople we have drawn upon our collective
experience of creating and managing successful teams within the design industry
to provide a managed marketplace and support resource for freelance consultants,
freelance employers and burgeoning creative businesses.
Time has been taken to solve some of the perennial issues affecting our industry
such as the cost of recruitment by creating a subscription based business model
and then the professional management of resource by building availability and productivity
tools into our web-based platform for invited individuals and businesses to use.
We have even established a new business insight service called BrillNews and a set
of new business development management tools to support small creative agencies
and freelance consultants in their search for direct commissioning clients.
We have taken 5 years to seek out, evaluate and support individuals with particular
creative and strategic skills and soon we will be able to provide this elite group
and other high performers with a unique resource that helps them to first stand
out from the competition and then engage in a unique way with creative employers
and live commissioners of creative services.
